Production and Manufacture at NANI

We are a pure contract manufacturer. We develop, design and manufacture our products at our factory in Eilsleben, close to Magdeburg, Germany. A high vertical integration enables us to control the whole production process easily on-site. With ca. 50 well-educated blue collars such as welders, mechanics, electricians, painters etc. we are producing all products on our own. A big variety of our own machinery enables us to do all work on our own – from blasting to painting in the end.

 

Stainless steel as material:

 

Our welders and welding engineer specialists are trained to weld stainless steel assemblies according to high quality requirements. The decades of experience of our welders enable us to offer our complete production program also in complete stainless steel constructions. In doing so, we attach great importance not only to the decking panels (in lifting tables and docklevellers) in stainless steel, but also to the entire remaining construction. If stainless steel plateaus are welded on black material and these assemblies together with the hot galvanizing process, this leads to the fact that the galvanic currents, which are then always flowing, produce corrosion, which is actually prevented by the use of this material. Therefore, our advice is: “If stainless steel, then the complete construction of stainless steel!”

 

Manufacture of docklevellers

  1. Measurements at the construction site
  2. Design Department – Drawing up the technical drawing
  3. Material order for steel construction and delivery
  4. Material distribution for cutting (rod cutting and sheet metal cutting)
  5. Finished cut into mechanical processing for milling, drilling holes, bending, grinding et cetera
  6. Some components are going to the burning place
  7. Some components come to the welding workstations
  8. Followed by hot-dip galvanizing of assemblies and/or galvanizing of small parts
  9. Possible paint application by varnishing
  10. Construction of control boxes and cable trees in the electrical workshop
  11. Final assembly – assemblies and individual parts are assembled
  12. Packing
  13. Loading
  14. Deliver
  15. Mounting
  16. Commissioning
