About us, our history and our team
With a team of engineers with many years of experience in the field of Loading Dock Equipment, we purchased a steel and machine construction company from the Treuhand at Eilsleben near Magdeburg. Nani Verladetechnik GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1993 and is still an owner-managed company. With the existing machine park, the production of loading ramps and dockshelter could be taken up almost immediately. When the focus was initially on the area of Loading Dock Equipment, the production program was quickly extended to the areas of Lifting Equipment and Industrial Doors. As a result, we are able to offer our customers complete system solutions for loading and unloading.

With our engineering team, we have developed and designed all Nani products ourselves according to the latest state of the art. This successful work has in the meantime been protected by numerous patents and is recognized worldwide. We have set ourselves the goal of optimizing the material flow at the interface between trucks and building ramps. This is mainly about more efficient,especially also more energy-efficient loading, as well as the securing of the entire loading process. While other manufacturers are of the opinion that “we do not have to reinvent the wheel” and therefore our own product range has been more or less unchanged for decades, our company regularly receives ideas for improving “the wheel”. Especially in recent years, we have successfully established some new innovative products, such as the Nani-Crash Guard Protection, the Four-Sided Inflatable Dockshelter and the Nani Dockdrain.
We at Nani and our representative offices throughout the whole of Germany, as well as in Europe and abroad, offer our customers a service ranging from detailed advice on tailor-made production to assembly and maintenance in the area of Loading Dock Equipment, Lifting Equipment and Industrial Doors. These include mainly Loading Platforms, Scissor Lift Tables, Theater and Show Platforms, Car Lifting Platforms, Passenger and Wheel Chair Lifts, Sectional Doors, Roller Doors and High-Speed Doors.
